In response to the aforesaid law and the zealous commitment of this office to be one with the Government in improving the delivery of the frontline services, we have published our Citizen’s Charter to inform the public that we have adopted a simplified procedure in transacting with us. Likewise, we have formulated service standards for clients to follow so that a satisfactory and efficient service may be delivered.

It is our fervent hope that with the joint efforts of the Government and the public as well, we can eliminate red tape and building a better bureaucracy.
